REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We recommend you inspect your order within 48 hours of receiving. In case of manufacturer's defect, please contact us immediately at sansuzyllc@gmail.com and include your e-mail address and telephone number so that we may contact you.
We warrant to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 (thirty) days from date of purchase. No refund or exchange will be approved after thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
No returns are accepted due to accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration, or acts of God, such as floods and earthquakes, and/or damage from exposure to moisture, humidity, excessive temperatures or extreme environmental conditions.
Once your return is received and inspected, and we find that the product is defective in materials or workmanship, we shall, at no charge to you, replace the product, and return the product to you; or at your request issue a refund of the purchase price less shipping & handling, and a 10% restocking fee. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning product(s) to us.

SHIPPING
Orders are shipped within 3-5 days from date of payment, via USPS, unless otherwise stated.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the Site. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
